Obituary for Sarah Seckinger

Sarah E. Seckinger, age 37, of Allentown, passed away on Saturday, April 18, 2020. Born in Allentown, Sarah was a daughter to Raymond P. and Lee P. Seckinger (Price). Sarah is survived by her father, Raymond Seckinger; her mother, Lee Seckinger; her grandmother, Flora Price; six siblings, Sheri (Charlie) Fullas, Robin (Bob) Miller, Tim (Diane) Seckinger, Jon (Carolyn) Seckinger, Pete (Joanne) Seckinger, and Rachel (Alicia) Bruno; uncle and aunt, Jon and Beth Price; nieces and nephews, Jon Fullas, Kyle Miller, Erica Miller, Christopher Seckinger, Lauren Seckinger, Amanda Seckinger, Kylie Seckinger, Camilla Mosca, Tommy Seckinger, and Luca Bruno; and her beloved dogs, Oliva and Roxy.

From day one, Sarah was a performer. Her love for the arts and creativity was in everything she touched. She shared her talents with many from her drawings and paintings, cards, and crafts to her performances on the stage. You would always find Sarah singing and dancing, or doing anything possible to entertain the crowd surrounding her. Sarah was also an animal lover. She understood animals, and could train anything from a dog to a mouse! Her love for saving animals was so strong- she had pets ranging from exotic birds (Ollie) to her horse she used to ride (Charm). Her pet grooming business was something she was so proud of, as well as her hard work on the horse farm where she spent the majority of her free time.

Sarah always strived to give back in any way possible. She was extremely caring and doting to everyone around her, including her family. She loved her family more than anything. Sarah was real, unique, and most definitely one of a kind. Her eyes would sparkle when she laughed and smiled. We will never forget the impact Sarah had on our lives, nor will we forget how beautiful life was when she smiled.

A celebration service will be held on April 30th at 11am at the First Presbyterian Church in Milton (47 Walnut St, Milton, PA 17847)

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, 4301 Wilson Blvd, Suite 300, Arlington, VA 22203.
