Obituary for Marlene Lightcap
Marlene Lightcap, 91, of Allentown went home to be with our Lord on May 23, 2023. She was the wife of the late Horace “Ed” Lightcap. Born in Friedensville, she was the daughter of the late Earle P.P. and Annie J. (Kline) Gaugler.
Marlene is survived by her daughters, Shirley Rader and Linda Lazowicki and her husband Joseph, her sons Leonard, Kenneth and his wife, Lisa, Thomas and his wife Joni, 7 grandchildren and 2 great granddaughters. She was the last of the original Mountain Park Road residence survivors. She was a member of the ladies Auxiliary of Liberty Fire Company in Allentown. She was an avid deer hunter. Marlen was the of the original Gaugler Family. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and loved her family dearly. A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.
