Obituary for Luz Perez Alvarado
Luz Haydee Pérez Alvarado, age 70, of South Whitehall Township, passed away on November 07, 2020 in the comfort of her home surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Coamo, PR, Luz Haydee was a daughter to Eustaquio Pérez Zambrana and Laura Alvarado Rivera.
Haydeé was a fighter and a strong woman who fought tirelessly against her illnesses. The love she had for her family motivated her to stay positive during the bad times.
She enjoyed the little things in life like spending time with her granddaughters Talysha and Tamara doing their hair and nails. With his grandson Richy she spent a lot of time talking about video games and other boy’s stuff.
Haydee loved sitting down for coffee with her great friend Fey and reminiscing about the old days. She cared a lot for her daughter Arleen who was with her until the last moment. She loved her son-in-law Richard like the son he never had.
She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
In addition to her daughter Arleen Janice Soto Pérez, Haydeé is survived by her brother, Hector Noel Peréz Alvarado, granddaughters Talysha Janice Marrero Soto,Tamara Deilys Marrero Soto, grandson Ricardo Jose Marrero Soto, son-in-law Ricardo Jose Marrero Rivera, and Con-suegra Felicita Rivera Reyes as well as well as her aunt, cousins, and nephew Hector Noel and niece Christal. She was preceded in death by her sister Carmen Rosa Perez Alvarado and her parents Eustaquio and Laura.
Graveside services will be held at 10am on Thursday November 12 at Greenwood Cemetery . 2010 W. Chew St, Allentown, PA 18104
