Obituary for Larry Althouse
Larry Dale Althouse, age 67, of Kutztown, passed away in his home on Monday, April 4, 2022 surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Allentown, He was the son of the late Kenneth P. and Jean Ann (Gruver) Althouse.
Larry had a heart of gold, he would help anyone in need never looking for anything in return. He loved cooking and having his friends over to play horseshoes or a good card game. He loved to party with his friends and family. Larry worked at Dent Mfg. and Knoll Inc. He also loved cooking food for his coworkers. Nothing was too much for Larry as long as his family and friends were happy, he was happy.
Larry comes from a big family, he has a daughter Melissa, and sisters Kathy Heckman of Allentown, June of Allentown, Joan Gray of Salisbury Township.
He also has a brother Bruce of Allentown.
Larry is predeceased by his brothers Kenneth Jr. and David of Allentown.
Services for Larry will be held privately at a later date for his immediate family.
