Joseph A. Yingling Sr., age 81, of Schnecksville, passed away
on March 12, 2020 in his residence surrounded by his family.
He was the loving husband of Beverly (Rutt) Yingling for
43 years, who passed in 2002. Born in Fountain Hill, he was
the son of the late Clarence H. Yingling and Lillian Smith.
A man full of humor, integrity, and honor, Joseph was, more
than anything, a family man. He enjoyed spending time with
his kids, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. He loved
taking long car rides and drove tri axle trucks for various
companies over the years. An avid fisherman and hunter,
he had a love for the outdoors and sharing that passion with
his family. Joseph did everything he could to take care of those
he loved and that legacy will live on through those who knew him.
Joseph is survived by daughters Cindy Moyer, and her husband Paul,
of Slatington and Kathi Kline, and her husband Jeff, of Steel City;
son Joseph Yingling Jr, and his wife Susan, of Allentown;
grandchildren Nikki, Jason, Raquel, Jeremy, Melissa, Jessica,Heather,
Jennifer,Melissa, Emily ; great grandchildren: Alicia, Ian, Colby,
R Jay, Hailey, McKenzie, Destiny, Joshua, Draven, Austin, Carter,
Savannah, , Ariyana
and 1 great great granddaughter, due in July.
In addition to his parents and wife, Joseph is preceded in death by his
brother, Richard Yingling and sisters Lois Henninger and Kathy Golab.
Celebration of Life for Joseph will be held at a later date. An announcement
will be made on social media.
