Life Story for Eileen Holbrook (Roberts)
Eileen F. Roberts Holbrook, 66, of Forks Township, PA passed away suddenly at Easton Hospital on Jan. 8, 2019. She was the wife of James Holbrook.
Born in Easton, PA on June 21, 1952, she was the daughter of Doris Vosburgh Roberts and the late George Roberts Sr. She was a graduate of Easton High School. She had been employed by Lafayette College Food Service, Keystone Food Products and Giant Food Stores.
In addition to her mother and loving husband, she is survived by her son, Thomas Roberts, and step children, James Holbrook, Melissa Holbrook, and Amy Frace. Also surviving are her sister, Carol DiBilio(Mike); brother George Roberts Jr. (Sue); brother Kerry Roberts and half-brother Shawn Roberts.
Survivors also include her step sister Beverly Russell, step brother Harry Trinkley, along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. Eileen was predeceased by her step mother Dolores Roberts and step brother Robert Trinkley.
A memorial service will be held at Schoeneck Moravian Social Hall, 316 N. Broad Street Nazareth, PA, on Saturday, Jan. 12, from 12 noon to 4 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
