Obituary for Dean Benfield
Dean Arlan Benfield, age 62, of Allentown, passed away on Friday, January 7, 2022 surrounded by his loving wife Joanne (Weaver) Benfield.
Born in Pottstown, he was the son of the late Gerald L. and Sonya Katherine (Martin) Benfield.
Dean was employed as a Maintenance Electrician at Martin Stone Quarries Inc of Bechtelsville for the past 21 years.
His enjoyment was in his love of camping, hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Joanne, of 3 and 1/2 years and her son Nicholas Bloom of Pittsburgh, PA. Daughter Danielle Benfield Cisar, her husband Bradley and granddaughters Kaylee and Ella of VA.
Sisters Deborah Braddock of Pottstown, Terese (David) Detwiler of Reading and brother Darryl (Denise) Benfield of Reading and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at Community Baptist Church 112 N. Richmond Street Fleetwood, PA on Saturday, January 22nd, at 11am.
